Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization and related studies.
• Support aseptic technique and maintain sterile field during procedures.
• Operate and document hemodynamic data and patient status.
• Manage imaging tables and optimize fluoroscopic visualization.
• Review orders, assess contraindications, and discuss urgent findings.
• Interview patients and verify clinical criteria for procedures.
• Provide patient/family advocacy and escalate issues as needed.
• Document data, archiving images in the PACS/MIMPS system.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure smooth workflow and stat responsiveness.
• On-call required with 30 minutes arrival after notification.
