Job summary

Catholic Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join the team on a PRN basis in Manchester, NH. You will work with physicians and staff to support lifesaving cardiac procedures in a busy cath lab.

You will assist with angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements, while preparing patients and ensuring sterile environment and patient safety. Required licenses and an associate degree apply, with ACLS/BCLS due within 30 days.

Qualifications

  • ACLS within 30 days of employment start date.
  • BCLS within 30 days of employment start date.
  • ARRT-R Radiography credential.
  • RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer credential.
  • An associate degree is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements.
  • Prepare and support patients and families with care, education, and reassurance before, during, and after procedures.
  • Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment to deliver safe treatment.
  • Monitor patient responses with vigilance and compassion to ensure high-quality care.
  • Maintain a sterile, safe environment and advocate for every patient.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting physicians with complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements
  • Preparing and supporting patients and families with care, education, and reassurance before, during, and after procedures
  • Operating and maintaining advanced equipment to deliver safe and effective treatment
  • Monitoring patient responses with vigilance and compassion to ensure the highest level of care
  • Safeguarding a sterile, safe environment while serving as an advocate for every patient
What qualifications you will need:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • (ARRT-R) Radiography
  • (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
  • Associate Degree
