Job summary

Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech for a full-time day shift in Texas. The role involves assisting with invasive cardiology procedures, monitoring patients, and supporting equipment setup and documentation.

You will scrub for diagnostic and interventional CV procedures, interpret hemodynamic data, and help manage procedure scheduling and inventory. A relevant Allied Health degree or Cath Lab experience, and BLS/ACLS credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Allied Health Degree or three years of Cath Lab/EP experience.
• Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• ACLS issued within 1 year of hire date or transfer into position.

Responsibilities

• Use hemodynamic and ECG monitoring and interpret data.
• Scrub assist for all diagnostic and interventional CV procedures including equipment prep and sterile field maintenance.
• Inject contrast media and medications as directed by the physician.
• Document procedures and patient information per hospital policy.
• Coordinate procedure schedule and assist with inventory control.
