Job summary

ThedaCare, a regional health system, seeks a Supervisor for Invasive Cardiovascular services to direct daily operations across Neenah, Appleton, and Manitowoc locations. You will organize schedules, coordinate staff, and ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include leading a team, driving process improvements, and coordinating with physicians and clinical staff to optimize workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in nursing, radiography, or healthcare leadership with 3 years of progressive leadership in invasive cardiology, neurology or IR.
• Two years of leadership responsibility in healthcare settings leading teams and projects.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the invasive cardiology labs and CSPA departments.
• Plan department schedules and allocate resources based on census and acuity.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and promote patient safety, engagement, and process improvements.
• Collaborate on department budgets, staffing, and workload to maintain quality care.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members; resolve conflicts and escalations as needed.
