Job summary

Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ, seeks a day-shift, full-time Cardiac Cath Lab Supervisor to lead the Cath Lab team and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The role requires either NJ RN licensure with a bachelor’s degree or a Radiologic Technologist license with ARRT certification, plus BLS/ACLS. Prior supervisory or charge experience is preferred to drive clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey as an RN or Radiologic Technologist with ARRT certification.

• Experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Supv Cardiac Cath Lab is responsible for the day-to-day clinical and operational oversight of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory in collaboration with the Director of Cardiovascular Services and medical staff. The Supervisor provides leadership and clinical expertise to the Cath Lab team while promoting safe, efficient, high-quality, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current New Jersey Registered Nurse license and Bachelor’s degree OR graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with a current New Jersey Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT certification.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a Ca rdiac Catheterization Laboratory .
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

• Previous charge, leade rship, or supervisory experience .
