Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a day shift, full-time Supervisor for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab in Montclair, NJ. The role provides day-to-day clinical and operational oversight in collaboration with the Cardiovascular Services Director and medical staff.

Candidates must hold NJ RN with BSN or Radiologic Technologist with NJ license and ARRT, 2+ years Cath Lab experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications; leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with NJ RN license and BSN OR radiology program with NJ license and ARRT certification.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire/transfer.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and operational oversight of the Cardiac Cath Lab in collaboration with the Director of Cardiovascular Services.
• Provide leadership and clinical expertise to the Cath Lab team while promoting safe, efficient, high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

The Supv Cardiac Cath Lab is responsible for the day-to-day clinical and operational oversight of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory in collaboration with the Director of Cardiovascular Services and medical staff. The Supervisor provides leadership and clinical expertise to the Cath Lab team while promoting safe, efficient, high-quality, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current New Jersey Registered Nurse license and Bachelor’s degree OR graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with a current New Jersey Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT certification.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Previous charge, leadership, or supervisory experience.
