The position includes assisting with cardiac catheterization and related procedures, post-procedure groin management, device QC, equipment maintenance, and supply management within the Cardiac Cath Lab.

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians with cardiac catheterization, pacemaker/IABP insertion and diagnostic and interventional peripheral vascular procedures in the Cardiac Cath. Lab.
• Performs post procedure care/groin management including arterial and venous sheath removal.
• Operates, troubleshoots, maintains and performs quality control on radiologic equipment.
• Maintains supply inventory.
• Other duties as assigned
