Chilton Medical Center, part of Atlantic Health System, seeks a Per Diem Scheduler for the Cardiac Cath Lab. The role involves 1-2 day shifts weekly, entering scheduling data, providing case confirmations to physician offices, and acting as a liaison between physician offices and the center.

Daily duties include coordinating with anesthesia and Cath Lab staff, updating schedules for changes, and ensuring accurate communication while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and PRIDE values.

Qualificações

• Experience scheduling in a clinical setting.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry.
• Ability to liaise with physicians and staff.
• Familiar with HIPAA and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Enters scheduling data according to guidelines and provides physician offices with confirmations.
• Facilitates Cath Lab schedule, confirms availability of physicians, staff, room, and equipment.
• Collaborates with anesthesiology and other departments on scheduling.
• Answers phones, directs inquiries, and maintains professional conduct and timely communication.
• Maintains current knowledge of scheduling computer applications and reviews updates.
