Job summary

NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory RN for a travel role in Pittsburgh, PA. This travel position offers a 13-week contract with day shifts and call requirements.

You will support diagnostic and interventional procedures, collaborate with physicians, and ensure patient safety across all phases of care. Candidates should hold an active RN license (compact accepted), BLS and ACLS, and have at least 2 years Cath Lab experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Pay Package

• Weekly Gross: $3,400
• Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,500
• Taxable Wages: $1,900

This position is ideal for a skilled cardiovascular nurse who thrives in a fast-paced procedural environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.

The ideal candidate will have recent Cath Lab experience, strong critical care skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams throughout all phases of patient care.

Requirements

Preferred Experience

• Cardiac Catheterization procedures
• Electrophysiology (EP) procedures
• Critical Care, ICU, CCU, or CVICU background
• Pre-procedure patient assessment
• Hemodynamic monitoring
• Moderate sedation experience
• Emergency cardiac intervention experience
• Strong procedural documentation skills
• Experience working in a high-acuity cardiovascular environment
