Job summary

Bon Secours’ Maryview Medical Center seeks a Cardiac Cath Lab RN to deliver high-quality care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, assess patient status, and implement plans of care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1 year of RN experience in telemetry/CCU or related areas and an RN license. BLS/ACLS are required or obtained within defined timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of RN experience in telemetry, critical care, cardiac cath lab, ER, or OR.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS or ACLS certification required within 6 months (ACLS preferred at hire).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments; create a plan of care and evaluate progress.
• Provide evidence-based nursing interventions for acute patients in the Cath Lab.
• Administer medications safely following state practice and facility policies.
• Participate in on-call for emergency procedures on weekends, nights, and holidays.
