Vitruvian Health in Tennessee is seeking a skilled nurse to provide safe, patient-centered care before, during, and after invasive diagnostic or interventional procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab. You will assist the physician, maintain the sterile field, and support care for patients undergoing Cardiac Catheterizations, Cardiac Device Implants, PCI, and related imaging procedures.

This role requires adherence to safety practices, confidentiality, and participation in performance improvement

Formación

• Observe professional ethics in maintaining confidentiality of patient information.

Responsabilidades

• Must follow and enforce safety practices for patients and the hospital.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities.
• Utilize the nursing process to oversee and provide age-specific patient care.
• Communicate in an acceptable and easily understood manner.
• Develops, implements, and updates care plans for patients receiving special procedures.
• Educates on and adheres to the patient’s bill of rights.
