Job summary

vTech Solution's Cardiac Care team in New York seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the cardiac cath lab. You will provide pre-/post-procedure and PACU recovery care for patients with vascular, electrical conduction, coronary diseases, and structural heart conditions, while ensuring telemetry monitoring and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in New York State.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in CVICU, cardiac care, or PACU.
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Monitor telemetry and vital signs continuously for cardiac patients.
• Support patient recovery in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
• Assist with procedural support in both acute and non-acute cardiac care situations.
• Collaborate with the cardiac care team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Ensure patient safety and respond promptly to cardiac emergencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
