Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab RN to scrub, circulate and document for diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will provide age-appropriate care, administer medications, and ensure infection control across the peri-procedural spectrum.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a nursing degree and Texas license.
• BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Minimum one year Cath Lab interventional experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Ability to scrub, circulate, and document procedures.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for diagnostic or interventional cardiology or radiology procedures.
• Document procedures on the hemodynamic system.
• Provide patient care from pre-admission through hospitalization and post-discharge.
• Administer medications and follow complex physician orders.
• Educate patients and respect diverse cultural values while maintaining infection control.
• Participate in hospital performance initiatives and safety improvements.
