Qualifications

• Associate in Nursing or Diploma required.
• BSN pursuing within three years of hire.
• 6+ months of relevant nursing experience or Nurse Residency Program.
• Current RN License in New Jersey.
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health.
• Perform age- and disease-specific assessments independently.
• Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes.
• Develop and coordinate patient-centered plans of care.
• Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively.
• Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Administer medications using bar-scanning technology.
• Evaluate progress toward patient outcomes.
• Identify ethical issues and enhance patient satisfaction.
