Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a CV Invasive Specialist II to perform catheterization procedures with minimal supervision and independent judgment. RCIS/RCES or RN eligibility is required to pass medications; a sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• BLS, PALS/ACLS required within specified timeline.
• RCIS/RCES or ARRT-CI/ARRT-VI or RN eligibility required.
• CME credits minimum 12 annually.
• Surgical Tech/Assistant certification required by state.
• Fluoroscopy Operator Certification as applicable in CO.

Responsibilities

• Prepare procedure room and post-procedure turnover.
• Assist in invasive, diagnostic, and interventional procedures.
• Document hemodynamic data and imaging accurately.
• Provide patient education and emotional support.
• Train and supervise staff as a preceptor.
• Operate and troubleshoot cath lab equipment.
