Job summary

Holy Cross Health in Silver Spring seeks a Registered Cardiac Invasive Tech (RCIS) to perform specialized diagnostic/therapeutic cardiac procedures under physician orders. You will assist Cardiologists, apply radiographic and monitoring equipment, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced Cath Lab.

Qualified candidates must hold RCIS designation and Maryland registration, BLS, and have at least 1 year experience; pay ranges from $37.59 to $58.29 per hour; we offer comprehensive

Qualifications

• Must have RCIS designation by CCI or equivalent credentialing body.
• State of Maryland registration required.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
• Minimum one year experience in Cardiac Cath Lab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized diagnostic/therapeutic cardiac procedures per physician order.
• Assist Cardiologists and other physicians as required.
• Maintain safety, radiation protection, and equipment sterilization standards.
• Identify patient care needs and implement appropriate interventions in the Cath Lab.
