Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• 3 years clinical experience in critical care required.
• 1-3 years interventional lab experience required.
• 1-3 years supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Florida RN license required; BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activity of the Interventional Lab.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and hospital policies.
• Oversee QA program to monitor care quality.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow, and patient scheduling.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; ensure safety standards.
• Recruit, interview, and select team members.
• Coach staff and provide in-service education.
• Support operational excellence and staff development.
