Role Overview: The Nurse Manager oversees the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff management, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Include

• Managing personnel, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.


• Developing staffing plans, budgets, and overseeing adherence to financial goals.


• Coordinating patient care, creating collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments, and ensuring documentation compliance.


• Assigning nursing duties, managing staff productivity, conducting performance reviews, and addressing disciplinary actions.


• Maintaining equipment, ensuring safety protocols, and supporting department operational goals.

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN accepted).


• 2-5 years of nursing experience, with preferred 5-10 years.


• RN licensure required; previous leadership experience less than 2 years preferred.


• Current BLS/ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.


• Prior experience in cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, procedural, or critical care nursing is preferred.
