Rapides Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled staff nurse to provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab for adults and geriatrics. You will work closely with physicians, monitor patients during procedures, and ensure safety and readiness of equipment and the team.

The role requires ACLS within 60 months, BLS/CPR within 30 days, and RN licensure with a nursing degree at a diploma/associate/bachelor level.

Qualifikationen

• ACLS must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date.
• Basic Life Support or CPR for Healthcare Providers must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree required.

Aufgaben

• Admitting, recovering and discharging patients from the Cardiac Cath Laboratory.
• Provide follow-up and direct patient care; evaluate outcomes and adjust nursing care as needed.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and post‑procedure reassessments for adult and geriatric patients.
