Job summary

BJC HealthCare's Memorial Hospital Belleville is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting, including acute and emergency care. The RN will educate patients and families, participate in safety and quality initiatives, and collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop and implement care plans.

Minimum requirements include RN licensure and a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred and <2 years of experience encouraged. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive rewards through BJC Total Rewards.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

• Participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans with goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family.
