The role supports staff education, annual competencies, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing Cath Lab team within a growing community hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited Radiology program.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Licensed RCIS from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• 24/7 accountability for Cardiology Services and Interventional Radiology.
• Communicate clearly and openly with team and physicians.
• Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment.
• Be accountable for performance and outcomes.
• Improve the patient experience and efficiency of Cath Lab turnover.
• Take initiative for professional growth and development of staff.
• Engage and lead a winning Cath Lab team.

Education
