Job summary

NorthShore University HealthSystem in Glenview, IL is seeking an Interventional Procedures Tech for the Cardiac Cath Lab. The role emphasizes radiation safety, assisting in IR/Cath procedures, and equipment maintenance. You will document procedures and help manage supplies.

The position is full-time with a four 10-hour shift schedule, on-call and rotating weekends. A sign-on bonus is offered for eligible applicants. Limited travel to Evanston and Highland Park is included.

Qualifications

• License: IEMA license and ARRT Registered is required.
• Education: Certification or Associate's degree in Radiology from an accredited program.
• Certification: CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Experience: Prior angiography tech experience desirable.
• Skills: Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiation safety and protection for all team members during procedures.
• Cross-train to assist physicians in IR and/or Cath procedures and document accordingly.
• Maintain equipment used during procedures.
• Charge and complete all required documentation for procedures.
• Assist in supply management and restocking in IR/Cath labs.
