Job summary

Providence Alaska Medical Center is seeking an Electrophysiology Technician to assist physicians in invasive cardiovascular procedures in the lab. There are multiple openings: full-time (1.0 FTE, day shifts) and a per diem position (0.01 FTE) with hours as needed.

Required: national certification (CCI) or ARRT, plus BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association. Relocation and a $15,000 hiring bonus may apply for eligible external hires.

Qualifications

• National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists at hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association at hire.
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiovascular physicians in invasive diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures.
• Support quality control checks and quality improvement programs.
• Adhere to confidentiality and hospital policies.

Education

Graduation from an accredited school with supervised clinical experience in invasive electrophysiological procedures
