Unit Details:An average of 6 cases are performed per day.Common cases include coronary procedures, IR procedures, and vascular procedures; no EP cases are performed in Eau Claire.Technologists scrub, monitor, and circulate cases.Uses Merge.
Shift & Scheduling:Schedule is Monday-Thursday.On-call is required 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend.Weeknight on-call coverage is Monday-Thursday, 1700-0630.Weekend on-call coverage is Friday-Sunday, 0630-0630.Holiday call is as needed for coverage.Call response time is 30 minutes.STEMI divert coverage is in effect for 10 days per month due to cardiology coverage.IR call coverage is 10 days per month.
Floating Requirements:Floating may occasionally involve 1:1 sitter help.
