Job summary

Trusted Health seeks an experienced allied health professional for an exciting travel assignment in the cath lab. You will scrub for cardiology procedures, including diagnostic angiograms/PCIs, across locations, with on-call requirements and a rotating shift schedule.

Candidates must meet credentialing: RCIS/RT/CVT or scrub RN. Strong preference for Epic experience; travel-only role with strict distance from facility and no local submissions.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic and interventional scrubbing with cardiologist, IABP/Impella.
• Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Experience:

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:
Diagnostic and interventional scrubbing with cardiologist, IABP/Impella.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Rota, TAVR, Watchman, and MitraClip experience preferred.

Required Credentials:
One of the following is required: RCIS, RT, CVT, or an RN that scrubs.

Unit Details:
Case volume varies from 5-15 cases per day.
Procedures include diagnostic angiograms/PCIs, STEMIs, and structural procedures.
Equipment includes GE.
Uses Merge.

Shift & Scheduling:
Approximately 10 call days, including at least 1 weekend per month.

10 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver's license required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
