7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:

Unit Details

• Complete cath lab working with cardiologists, interventional radiologists, and a general surgeon.
• Procedures include left heart cath, right and left heart cath, PTCA, stenting, thrombectomy, atherectomy, carotid diagnostics and stenting, peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures, pacemaker insertion, tilt table tests, kyphoplasty, and AV graft diagnostics, stenting, and thrombectomy.
• Rotates between scrubbing and circulating procedures, including operating X-ray equipment.
• Additional duties include helping in the pre- and post-procedure area, transporting, assisting with inventory management, and billing.
• Cath lab uses the Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices, Siemens Artis Zee C-arms, McKesson CPACS, McKesson Cardiology, and McKesson Hemodynamic System; proficiency with these devices is expected.

Shift & Scheduling

• Mon to Fri; no regular weekends.
• Rotating evening, night, weekend, and holiday call; split by 4, usually 2 days/wk, with an off week.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required
