Requirements

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details

Required Skills/Experience:In addition to meeting the unit experience requirements, your work experience needs to reflect at least 12 months (1 year) of uninterrupted experience working in the same unit/specialty you’re applying to.Must be able to do X-ray.Scrub and X-ray cath cases.

Required Credentials:If you have RCIS, state license is not required.

Special Requests:Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit. If multiple shifts are posted, only apply to your preferred shift.

Unit Details:Uses Change Health.

Shift & Scheduling:Mon-Thu. On-call 14-15 days per month.

7 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
