Join Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital in Florida as Assistant Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab. Lead a collaborative team delivering diagnostic and interventional care using state-of-the-art technology.

The role emphasizes professional development, caregiver mentoring, and improving patient outcomes through coordinated care and performance improvement initiatives. Previous IR/Cath Lab or EP experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• BSN preferred; active RN licensure in state.
• BLS from AHA/Red Cross required.
• Two years of recent clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate unit clinical operations.
• Provide patient care and ensure continuity of information between shifts.
• Facilitate communication among caregivers and other departments.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers and other operational issues.
• Review major operational patient care issues with Nurse Managers.
• Provide ongoing clinical evaluations and counsel on performance issues.
• Interview, select and orient new caregivers.
• Prepare work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and research initiatives.
• Assume Nurse Manager responsibilities in their absence.
