Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach, FL is seeking an experienced RN for the Cardiac Invasive Lab. You will provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional cardiac procedures, coordinating closely with physicians and staff to ensure safety and high-quality care.

The role requires two years of recent critical care experience, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN program).
• Two years of recent critical care nursing experience.
• Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Invasive Lab.
• Assess, prepare, and position patients for procedures.
• Perform conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Prepare, implement, and document plans of care.
• Communicate patients’ condition to physicians before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist with and/or facilitate diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures.
• Set up and provide equipment and supplies before, during, and after procedures.

About This Role

As an RN in the Cardiac Invasive Laboratory at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital, you will provide care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterizations and interact directly with patients, families, and visitors to enhance their experience.

Requirements

Education
