Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a skilled Cath Lab clinical support specialist to assist with cardiac cath and electrophysiology procedures under physician supervision. The role requires sterile technique, device handling, and patient data documentation, supporting care from adolescent to geriatric patients in the Braselton Cath Lab.

Qualifications include RCIS/RT(R)/RCVT or equivalent, BLS/ACLS, and a High School Diploma; an Associate degree in Allied Health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RCIS/RT(R)/RCVT or equivalent registration required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain sterile field during cardiac cath and EP procedures.
• Assist physician, prep room, and set up equipment.
• Operate fluoroscopy and radiology equipment.
• Ensure accurate patient data entry and documentation in EMR; process pre-, intra-, post-procedure steps.
