Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking an RN for the Center for Cardiac Health on a per diem basis. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–5:30 pm, with work at Edward Hospital and rotation to Elmhurst Specialty Care Clinic.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of cardiac nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate care and promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families, communicate changes in patient condition and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
