Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and collect data regarding the patient’s health.
• Evaluate developmental age of the patient during assessments and treatments.
• Organize patient data into a plan of care to achieve desired outcomes.
• Oversee activities of ancillary and support team members.
• Document patient care and concerns in the patient record.
