Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN licensure in Georgia required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle during shift.
• Monitors patient care, medications, and treatment modalities per protocol.
• Communicates patient flow and care issues to physicians and managers.
• Ensures appropriate staffing and efficient use of staffing plan.
• Promotes patient satisfaction and serves as a resource for staff.
