Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to coordinate quality nursing care from birth through the lifecycle, balance clinical duties, and support operational needs during shifts. You will communicate with leaders, coordinate care activities, and serve as a resource for staff guidance.

The role requires a Georgia RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 1–2 years in cardiology or ED settings, with strong skills in cardiac rhythms and IV access.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Georgia RN license or multistate compact.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
• Experience: 1–2 years in diagnostic cardiology, cardiac cath lab, interventional radiology, or ED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing care across birth to lifecycle during shift.
• Provide nursing care and communicate patient care and staff concerns to leaders.
• Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff.
