Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience; two (2) years in management preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada; Current BLS Certification; SCRN certification as required by the facility.

• Oversee the 24-hour management of the assigned unit, ensuring patient care meets the standard of care.
• Coordinate staffing, clinical pathways, and patient flow to optimize outcomes.
• Lead quality and safety initiatives and support staff development.
