Job summary

Valley Hospital Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing care, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and support clinical leadership in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada (or eligible).
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP or specialty training as needed on hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide direct and indirect nursing care.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team to achieve safe, optimal health care outcomes.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the care team.
• Supervise staff under supervision and ensure adherence to patient-centered care standards.
