Job summary

Henderson Hospital, part of The Valley Health System and a member of Universal Health Services, seeks a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift to provide direct and indirect nursing care. The role requires coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements include a Nevada RN license, BSN, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred. At least 1 year of acute care experience or 3 years part-time, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN required.
• Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care.
• One to three years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members and directs nursing staff.
• Supports activities that meet the facility's vision, mission and goals.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence standards.
