Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and two years of related nursing experience in an acute clinical care setting.
• Experience in Oncology, Med/Surg, Nutrition Support, Pediatrics, IV Therapy, Gerontology, or Home Health.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in WA and current Basic Life Support (CPR).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient pathways and educate patients and families on treatment plans.
• Schedule advanced cardiac procedures and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide expert nursing leadership to optimize outcomes for complex cardiac arrhythmia patients.
• Assist with hospice eligibility interviews and Medicare criteria per protocol.
