Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 2 years of experience.
• BCC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, conducts religious services for patients, families, and staff.
• Provides counseling and spiritual education to employees, students, and patients.
• Supports end-of-life care with pastoral support to patients and families.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, social workers and staff as part of a team to assess needs.
• Performs pastoral assessments of spiritual and emotional status and need for care.
• Develops relationships with churches and community agencies; coordinates volunteers.
