Qualified Candidates:

• Possess MD or DO
• BE/BC in Anesthesiology
• Licensed in FL
• Desire to be part of a large, cohesive team of employed hospital professionals
• Passion for graduate medical education

Opportunity Highlights:

• Newly updated compensation plan + Additional core faculty GME stipend

• 10 weeks' time away from practice
• Non‑clinical GME time for didactic teaching, mentoring, evaluations, and scholarly activities
• Home call split equally among cardiac physicians + paid for calls taken above the minimum
• 40‑hour work week with peel‑off relief system
• Anesthesia care team model of 14 anesthesiologists, 18 CRNAs and 15 residents

Supervision ratios: APPs 1:4 | Resident 1:2

• Diverse case mix including general, orthopedics, vascular, urology, OB, GI, and endoscopy
• No trauma or pediatrics
