Overview

HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital is seeking a full-time BC Anesthesiologist to join the collaborative team in Port Charlotte, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesiology services across a broad case mix including Orthopedic, Neuro, General, Urology, ENT, Bariatric, Vascular, GYN, and Thoracic procedures.
• Operate within the ACT model of 4 General Anesthesiologists, 3 Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists, and 16 CRNAs.
• Support services across 10 Main Operating Rooms plus Cath Lab, IR, Endoscopy Suites, and 6 NORA sites.
• Note: No OB, No Trauma, No Pediatrics.
• Maintain on-call coverage with the team; be informed of post-call policies (post-call Monday off following weekend shift). Emergent cases on weekends are handled per team agreement; CRNAs are on call with physicians.
