As the Vice-Chief CRNA, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting to supervise a dedicated group of 18 CRNAs that perform at top of license. This role is instrumental in aligning facility goals with divisional objectives while ensuring optimal patient care delivery. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of practice experience.

• Flexible scheduling: 8s, 10s, 12s. Vice-Chief schedule requires a min. of 3-4 days onsite.
• No call requirement with minimal weekends.
• CRNAs are able to do A-lines, push own meds and perform some PNBs with demonstrated proficiency. Cardiac work available if desired.

Benefits Package

• Competitive compensation package includes additional $30K geographic stipend. (+ $15K stipend if cardiac proficient.)
