Candidates should be board-certified/eligible in Anesthesiology with fellowship in Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology and a Washington license or eligibility.
The role offers a guaranteed salary of $625,000 with a starting bonus, relocation assistance, and up to $50,000/year in performance bonuses, plus CME support.
Qualifications
- MD/DOegree required from an accredited institution.
- Fellowship in Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology completed or in progress.
- Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology (ABA).
- Active Washington State Medical License, or eligible for licensure.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for complex cardiac surgery cases including open heart, high-risk thoracic/vascular, electrophysiology, and structural heart procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, safe patient care.
