Adelphi Medical Staffing seeks a BC cardiac anesthesiologist for locum Tenens in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Coverage includes the majority structural cases and pump cases, with a 7am-5pm schedule and beeper on-call.

Hospital privileges required; Wisconsin license or willingness to obtain; certifications BLS/ACLS/PALS; TEE 30-40 TEEs in past year. Travel, lodging and malpractice insurance provided.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Anesthesiology with active specialty credentials.
• WI medical license or willingness to obtain license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; TEE experience (30-40 TEEs in past year).

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiac anesthesia coverage for 80% structural cases and 20% pump cases.
• Place arterial and central lines, and administer regional blocks.
• Cover general anesthesia cases when cardiac cases are not available.
• Participate in scheduled on-call coverage (beeper call) as needed.
