Saint Francis Hospital, Inc. in Tulsa, OK seeks a Registered Nurse I to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process in line with unit policies. Shifts are 12 hours, full-time days, with at least two closing shifts monthly.

Prior nursing experience 0–6 months preferred; new grads not accepted in this role. The RN will provide direct patient care, document care steps, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe discharges and patient education.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (multistate or OK)
• 0-6 months related experience (entry level for some units)
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to care for patients.
• Assesses, organizes, and completes patient care with consideration for age, culture, and psychosocial factors.
• Documents steps of the nursing process.
• Addresses problems and progress toward goals.
• Facilitates patient discharge through timely referrals and education resources.
• Collaborates with other disciplines and staff.
• Supports unit/hospital goals through education and performance improvement activities.
