Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities.

• Willingness to assist others.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with debit and credit card questions.
• Research and resolve card transactions and account issues.
• Handle card disputes and fraud-related concerns.
• Monitor card activity and assist with fraud prevention.
• Issue, block, replace, and renew debit and credit cards.
• Verify accuracy of issued cards and perform routine maintenance.
• Provide assistance by phone and other channels.
• Identify member needs and connect to products or services.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to resolve issues.
• Learn Town & Country’s lending and member service philosophy.
