Job summary

Latino Community Credit Union is seeking a Junior Cards Operations Analyst to support daily card services operations, including transactions, authorizations, and settlement processes. The role also handles disputes, reporting, and data-driven process improvements to ensure compliance and strong member experience.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow in financial services, with 0–2 years in card operations and basic fraud prevention knowledge.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in card services or financial services industry.
• Understanding of Visa rules including Reg E/Reg Z.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day card services operations, including debit and credit card transactions, authorizations, and settlement processes.
• Back up dispute and chargeback processing in accordance with network rules and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor card activity for trends, exceptions, and potential fraud or operational concerns.
• Prepare routine reports related to card usage, losses, disputes, and operational metrics.
