Job summary

You’ll partner with Fraud Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to improve governance, support investigations, and deliver audit‑ready materials, dashboards, and data definitions. Require 3+ years of analytics and proficiency with SQL, Python, Excel, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with large datasets in analytics, risk, fraud, or financial services.
• 3+ years of data analysis using SQL, SAS, Python, Excel, or Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Ability to translate analytics into clear risk insights and actions.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and data quality validation.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with card products, fraud detection, or related risk domains.
• Collaborate effectively with business and tech partners to drive outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; audit-ready materials.
• Emotional intelligence and influence without authority.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate large volumes of card transaction data to monitor fraud performance across card products.
• Validate datasets and metrics for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze transaction patterns to identify emerging fraud risks.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track fraud KPIs and case volumes.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to support mitigation strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address data quality issues.
• Provide clear insights and data extracts for investigations.
• Prepare materials for regulatory, audit, and management requests.
• Identify process improvements through data-driven findings.
• Document data definitions and lineage to uphold governance.
