Job Description

The Data and Analytics Analyst at Regions transforms data into meaningful insights for operational and decision-making purposes. This role involves working with senior analysts and managers to interpret data, prepare reports, and support data-driven decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Modify reports for clarity and stakeholder presentation
• Assist in creating visual reports and presentations for management
• Interpret data to identify trends, operational impacts, and opportunities
• Perform data analysis to support automation initiatives
• Maintain databases for data classification and storage
• Deliver ad-hoc reports to meet business needs
• Ensure data quality through audits and management
• Monitor analytics trends and seek improvements
• Guide junior analysts and support data governance initiatives

Requirements

• Master’s degree in relevant fields with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in data analytics

Preferences

• Experience with SQL, SAS, Power BI, Tableau

Skills and Competencies
