Chase is seeking a Copy Editor for the Card Benefits Editorial team within Card and Connected Commerce Content. You will turn complex benefits into content customers can understand and act on, collaborating with writers, producers, and stakeholders to deliver accurate, brand-consistent materials.

In this role you will review newsletters, emails, articles, and microsites, upholding grammar, tone, and readability while guiding review workflows and quality standards across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of copy editing experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong command of grammar and plain-language writing.
• Ability to edit for clarity, maintain writer's intent and business message.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to give clear feedback.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple high-volume projects and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Copy edit content across Chase's credit card portfolio and related experiences.
• Collaborate with writers, editors, project managers, designers, producers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Ensure content is clear, concise and aligned with brand messaging and voice guidelines.
• Maintain high editorial standards including grammar, punctuation, and readability.
• Apply style guides and quality-control processes, flag inconsistencies and suggest improvements.
• Fact-check key details and track changes across versions.
• Stay current on trends in consumer finance, travel and dining content.
